Added: first draft of the public API contract.

  • Payment methods, payments, payouts, refunds, deposit references, balances, webhook endpoints (including secret rotation) and events.
  • Secret keys with sk_test_ and sk_live_ prefixes.
  • Idempotency (Idempotency-Key, Idempotent-Replay), rate-limit headers, 429 with Retry-After.
  • Signed webhooks with PachaPay-Signature.
